You can book your orangetheory class any time from the oranthetheory app on your phone or smart devices.

To book orschedule your Orangetheory class, you’ll need the Orangetheory Fitness mobile app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Are All Orangetheory studios’ Classes the Same Each Day?

No way. Saturday and Sunday tend to be off-peak times at most studios. Others alternate Tuesdays and Thursdays with Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Also, most studios have classes in the mornings and evenings. The studio traffic could determine 3to 4morning classes and 3evening classes.

Orange 2G: The class is split into two workout groups, hence the name. The treadmill group starts as the weight floor/Rower group exercises. In this class, each group has 12 members. 60-minute class time.

Orange 3G: “Three Groups” refers to the class’s three workout groups. The treadmill group starts, the weight floor group works, and the rower group works. This class has 36 members, 12 per group. The time is 60-minute.

Lift 45: This weightlifting class builds strength and muscle tone. The 45-minute class includes squats, deadlifts, and presses.

Orange 90: A 90-minute Orangetheory Fitness class. For those who want a tougher workout. Treadmill, rowing, and weight floor time is extended in class.
